为保证检测和校准工作的公正性、科学性和权威性，提高服务质量，保持客户对本机构检测和校准能力的良好信心，我公司向国家行政机关、社会各界客户和认证认可机构作出如下声明：
To guarantee the impartiality, scientificity and authority of testing and calibration work, improve service quality and maintain good confidence of customers in the testing and calibration capabilities of the institution, I, in the name of the company's top management, make following statement to national administrative institutes, customers from sectors of society and accreditation institution.

1)遵守国家法律、法规和认证认可机构的规定，对出具的结果报告的正确性负责；
1)Observe national laws, regulations and provisions of accreditation institution, and be responsible for the correctness of result report;

2)严格按照国际标准、国家标准、行业标准或客户指定的其他标准的有效版本进行检测和校准；
2)Test and calibrate in strict accordance with international standards, national standards, industrial standards or the valid version of other standards specified by customers;

3)为客户提供科学、公正、准确、满意的服务；
3)Provide scientific, impartial, accurate and satisfied services for customers;

4)对客户委托样品的检测和校准结果和相关资料予以保密，保护客户的知识产权和专利权；
4)Keep the testing and calibration results of samples entrusted by customers and relevant data confidential, protect the intellectual property and patent rights of customers;

5)树立良好的职业道德，严格遵守检测和校准工作程序，执行检测和校准工作标准，持续有效地运行管理体系；
5)Build up an appropriate professional morality, strictly observe testing and calibration procedures, execute testing and calibration work standards and operate management system continuously and effectively;

6)所有工作人员保证自觉抵制各种经济诱惑或来自各方面的干扰，不以权谋私，不受外界任何影响，以保证检测和校准工作的独立性和严肃性；
6)All staff shall promise to resist financial temptations or interferences from all aspects consciously, not use power for personal gains or affected by outside influence to ensure the independence and seriousness of testing and calibration work;

7)本机构保证不与检测和校准活动、数据和结果存在关联的利益关系；
7)The institution shall promise not to have associated interest relationship with testing and calibration activities, data and results;

8)本机构保证不参与任何对检测和校准结果和数据的判断产生不良影响的商业和技术活动，管理控制利益冲突，保证检测和校准活动保持公正性、客观性；
8)The institution promises to not participate in any business and technical activities having adverse influence on testing and correction results and data judgment, manage and control interest conflicts and maintain the impartiality and objectivity of testing and calibration activities;

9)本机构绝不参与和检测和校准项目有关系的产品设计、研制、生产、使用或者维护等活动；
9)The institution will definitely not participate in the product design, research, production, use or maintenance related to testing and calibration work;
